natural_resource_managementGrowing populations and rising incomes are increasing the demands on the Earth’s resources.

As a consequence, there are many unresolved conflicts over the use of natural resources and the conservation of the environment. Natural resource managers apply scientific, economic and social knowledge to help society in resolving these conflicts. This course will provide you with knowledge of natural resource and environmental systems and the ability to integrate and apply scientific, economic and social knowledge in the management of natural resource systems.
