Alan CrossThe study of regional development examines economic, environmental and social concepts and approaches to sustainable development in both metropolitan and non-metropolitan regions. 

Regional development courses are conducted fully online and so are highly suited to both metropolitan students and students working in rural, regional and remote areas.

Course outline

 

And either:

  • Four 12 point case studies, or
  • Two 12 point case studies and one 24 point dissertation

Admission requirements

 

Domestic students

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area from this or another recognised university

or

  • A completed a Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in Regional Development with an average mark of at least 60% or equivalent as recognised by the Faculty
